After a period of extreme heat and drought, record-breaking snowfall has made its way to Lake Tahoe. Since December, the region has witnessed 210 inches of snow. This figure indicates that the Tahoe area has had the snowiest December in history. Usually, 110 inches of snow can be expected in the region in any given water year by January 1. However, the area has received 264 inches of snow so far, which is concerning. Watch the video to know more.
