California’s Caldor fire wrecked houses and forced tens of thousands of people to flee. Now, police have arrested a father and son as suspects for starting the wildfire. The accused have been identified as 66-year-old David Scott Smith and 32-year-old Travis Shane Smith. According to the warrant, they have been arrested on the charge of reckless arson. The Caldor fire blazed across 346 sq. miles from the Nevada border to the east of Sacramento. Watch the video.
