The first winter storm of the season has impacted several regions in the Midwest. Winter storm watches and weather advisories were issued for parts of the Dakotas and Minnesota by the Weather Service agency. Those who don’t live in the Midwest may think it is too early in the season for snow, but weather experts say the timing is pretty normal.
